Bantelmann Translate is committed to minimizing the impact of its activities on the environment and setting targets for ongoing improvement.
The key points of our strategy are:
- Minimize emissions from commuting by encouraging a “work from home” culture. All employees and managers work remotely on a regular basis.
- Employees receive incentives to use public transportation. Bantelmann Translate does not use or provide its managers and employees with company cars.
- Reduce paper waste by not printing any documents and instead relying on our online platform for the management of all activities.
- Offset our carbon footprint through donations to organizations for environmental and climate protection projects.
- Meet or exceed all environmental legislation standards applicable to our activities.
Conscious of the need for constant improvement in this field, Bantelmann implements a training program for its staff to raise awareness of environmental issues and enlist their support in improving the Company’s environmental policies.
